Part of the vision for FreightPros is to really be transparent about the people that work here. We want to show off our own freight pros and give our customers a sense for the team that is working hard every day to make their freight shipping as seamless as possible. Additionally, we’ve noticed a need for basic freight information in the marketplace and we plan to address this need.

Marrying these two factors, we’ve made the decision to produce some instructional freight videos that are geared toward the shipper, from a freight broker’s perspective. Some of these videos might be a bit elementary for a really experienced shipper, but we’re hoping that over time there is freight content that is informational, educational, and occasionally entertaining for visitors of all freight experience levels to FreightPros.

The side benefit of these videos is that our customers and visitors will be able to get to learn to know some of the team at FreightPros as they actively participate in these videos.

Unfortunately, at the time of this writing at least, we didn’t have anyone in house that was really experienced with producing online videos. That being said, we aren’t going for super slick produced content either.

So I took it upon myself to do some research and buy the equipment and software to get our videos going. Hopefully the content, production, and quality improves over time, but the core goal is to get much needed freight info into the hands of LTL and TL shippers throughout the United States.

As we go through this process, if there are any freight topics you’d like to see discussed, please send them our way and we will definitely address topics that we feel are a good fit.
