Chris founded FreightPros in January of 2009 with a vision of offering freight brokerage services to small and medium sized businesses at competitive prices, while focusing on top-notch customer service that had previously been lacking from within the broker market.  At FreightPros, he is focused on the day-to-day operations of the business as well as spear-heading business development, strategy, and finance initiatives. Prior to FreightPros, Chris owned the Austin franchises for a national reseller of freight and small parcel package shipping.  Previously, he served as a manager on uShip.com’s strategy, reporting, and analysis team, founded e-commerce site CleverTraining.com, and worked as an analyst for JPMorgan Chase’s investment banking group in Boston, MA. Chris graduated cum laude from Harvard University in 2001 with a degree in Government and was a two time All-American javelin thrower while in college.
